About the Guild

This European-based guild has plans to be a small, secretive agency, comprised of an elite group of Bounty Hunters, Assassins, Mercenaries, and Spies that make their living from contract killings, fugitive retrievel, espionage and protection for anyone that require their services.

Background

When the Galaxy was torn in half by the invasion of the Sith Empire, planets across the Core Worlds, mid and even outer rims were forced to pick sides in a conflict so all-encompassing that whole cultures bowed to one side or the other. To most there was no alternative, a line had been drawn carving the stars and allegiance was bought, conned or forced. A rare few decided to take another path: where others saw oppression or salvation, they saw opportunity. Where many saw destruction and war, they saw profit. As the Galactic Senate drowned in its own bureaucracy and the Jedi Order retreated to regroup and enter a state of regrowth, the insidious Sith Empire stretched across the Galaxy consolidating its forces and paving the way for a new order. Behind this upheaval a highly secretive agency moved In the shadows, unseen and unknown to all but their wealthy clients. Bound only by their own moral code, they did what many others could or would not do to ensure there was a Galaxy left to exist in after what would be become known as the Cold War.

Faction Alignment

The guild will be playing as part of the Sith faction, although for roleplaying purposes we are to be considered neutral in every way.

Available For Hire

For roleplaying purposes it is important for the guild to feel like an actual secret service made up of mercenaries. This means we are always looking for other guilds to ally with. If your guild is interested in contractually hiring us please visit our website & let us know.

Services

The Agents of the guild pride themselves on their diversity in performing some of the most difficult tasks imaginable. As such they offer their expertise in the following fields but be warned, with every completed contract comes a hefty fee.

Guild Structure

Head of Operations

(Out of Game Rank)

"Very little is known about the alien leader of E.P.O.C.H or indeed why he chose to put together the organization in the first place. More often than not he very rarely appears in person and his only motivation seems to be a fond love of credits. Very much like the agency itself he is sinister, manipulative, and extremely cunning individual who appears to have strong connections throughout the galaxy. Loved by none feared by many, the leader of the agency is to be avoided at all costs. "

Chief Operatives

(Guild Co-Leaders)

"The Chief Operatives of the agency are the highest ranking agents that have surpassed excellence in almost every possible way. They are still the only members of the agency that have direct contact with the Head of Operations and more importantly have earned his trust.. Although a lot of their work is in planning out operations they also enjoy work in the field and to watch them in action is nothing short of breathtaking. In essence they are the cremé de la cremé of the organization."

Special Agents

(Guild Officers)

"Special Agents really are at the top of their game and if this rank within the agency proves anything it is just that. Highly skilled, highly trained and often lethal with intent, the special agents really are the total package. Although they don't necessarily have the authority of the afore mentioned ranks, they also possess great leadership skills and are the best people to have around when getting out of tight situations!"

Agents

(Guild Members)

"Agents make up the bulk of the agency and are the very lifeblood that passes through its veins. Shadowy figures unseen even to well trained eyes, they pass through the stars without detection, often performing tasks that normal everyday civilians wouldn't dream of doing. They are rogues, scoundrels, cut-throats and mercenaries seeking adventure and of course the all important prize. Although they are in fact freelancers to the agency, they know a good payday when they see one and many decide to stay . If you are unfortunate enough to cross paths with these dogs of war then you'll need more than the Force to protect you, that I can guarantee."

Agents who haven't created a charcter so far...

Initiates

(New Recruits)

"Often found as out of work drifters, Initiates are normally thrill-seekers on the lookout for the next big high. However some of initiates have been headhunted themselves by members of the agency for showing great potential and skill. Initiates must go through rigorous training and show dedication beyond that ever seen in an organization if they are to become the best they can be as an agent of the E.P.O.C.H."

Freelancers

(Allied mercenaries)

"E.P.O.C.H Freelancers are a sub-sect of the Agency. They are perhaps the most shady due to the fact that their only real connections with the E.P.O.C.H are through coded transmissions to a company located in Azure Tower's 29th Floor which is just a front for Agency communications with the Freelancers."
