History

Early History

Born of the Echani Jedi, Leutha Shea, and Human, Cren Dru'Thor, Darth Mur'Dínaa spent her childhood nder the name Chasha Dru'Thor. Leutha Shea and Cren Dru'Thor, in fear of what would happen if Chasha were discovered, put Chasha under Cren's custody and severed their relationship.

Chasha's early childhood different than most other children. She was quickly discovered by the jedi as a young child and brought into the jedi academy to begin training.

Early Jedi Training

As a youngling, Chasha proved to be more powerful than many of her peers. She quickly mastered the art of simple lightsaber combat, defeating many of her fellow younglings in only a few strokes.

She quickly progressed up until she was among the most skilled younglings in the academy. As soon as she was available to be accepted as a padawan, Master Leutha Shea, her unknown mother, took her into her apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship

Chasha learned many things under her mother's wing. After being accepted as her padawan, she gained experience, confidence, and patience. However, despite all of these virtues and lessons, Chasha grew continualy arrogant. Chasha attempted to prove herself to her master and challenged her authority on several occasions. Though she still followed orders and expressed little attitude, she began to grow aggrovated.

When it became time for her Trials of Knighthood, she easily passed the trials of Skill and Courage, but it was in the trials of flesh and spirit that she faltered and slipped down the first step towards The Dark Side.

Trial of Skill

"Why was I sent in here anyways? Some stupid scroll?" Chasha grumbled to herself as she wandered through the ruins of the sith temple of Korriban. Master Shea had been determined to wait outside, insisting that there would be no problems of any kind. The directions to the location of the scroll were very specific and precise, and it was easily distinguishablee from others; all in all, it was hardly a mission for an upper-end padawan to fret over. Chasha had no difficulty in locating the scroll, and obtained it with ease. Her only specific instruction was to not let it touch the ground. If it did, it would be exposed more greatly to the elements of nature.

Chasha trudged along towards the dungeon exit, so absorbed in her thoughts that she was oblivious to the growing sith presence. She became aware only when it was too late. She was smashed back against the wall and the scroll flew from her hands. She reached out in vain as her throat began to tighten. Before her stood a Trandoshan sith.

"Arrogant jedi scum," he said as Chasha was struggling for breath. He examined the scroll in his hands "They pay no attention. I'm glad I turned from their ways long ago." Chasha began to feel light headed and had to struggle to maintain consciousness. In a last resort, she pushed out with all her might. The air rippled towards the Trandoshan and he was flung clear across the cavern, slamming into the wall. As Chasha slid to the ground, she reached out and stopped the scroll just before it hit the ground. She pulled it to her and slipped it into her belt. She drew her blue saber and activated it. The Trandoshan, having recovered as well, was on his feet, his crimson dual-bladed saber in hand.

Slowly approaching each other, they took up their battle stances. Suddenly, the Trandoshan lunged forwards at Chasha. She barely had time to parry the attack before the next was there. She had never battled against anyone with a dual-bladed saber. She parried attack after attack, never obtaining an opening for an offensive move and being forced back to the wall. In a desperate move to possibly gain an advantage, she attempted the Tràkata lightsaber style. She dropped to the ground, deactivating her lightsaber, and reactivated it as a blow came down towards her head. She force-pushed out at the wall, which propelled her away from it. Sliding across the floor, she leapt up and spun backwards, meeting the Trandoshan face to face, their sabers locked.

"I underestimated you, young one. But you are still but a padawan." With that he withdrew his saber and moved to begin his vicious barrage of attacks again. Instead, Chasha followed through with her stroke, slicing him from his shoulder down to his thighs. He stumbled back in surprise. Chasha took this advantage and leapt forwards, slicing her saber at his neck. His head, still with a dumbstruck look on it, toppled to the floor.

Leisha Shea suddenly flung herself into the room, purple saber glowing. She scanned the room quickly and saw Chasha, lightsaber still activated, standing over the sith's carcass.

Trial of Courage

One of her next missions with Master Shea brought them to the city of Mos Eisley. They were instructed to locate a large shipment of spice that had been reported. They narrowed the location down to a few regions of the city, and as they were pursuing one of their leads, a young man, probably in his mid-twenties, stepped out from behind a building, and barred their path.

"What business do you have in this part of town?" He made his right hand visible, revealing a blaster pistol.

Leutha Shea waved her hand in front of her. "It is not your business. We may pass."

The man looked mildly confused, and said "It is none of my bui-wait a second. What are you doing to me? What are you doing here."

"Let us pass" Chasha responded, a slightly annoyed expression on her face. He right hand went to her side, where she fingered her unseen lightsaber hilt.

"I will not until you tell me what your business is." He raised his blaster, and pointed it at Leutha.

Suddenly, another man, noticeably older with light brown hair, streaked with grey, walked out of a the building behind the young man. "Garret, what are you doing? Let these people through. They seem harmless enough." Garret grumbled, stepping aside, still occasionally glancing suspiciously at the two of them. "Pardon his lack of hospitality, th' name's Airol, Weil Airol. Now, what can I do fer ya?" He led them towards the building he had emerged from, revealing a small bar when he opened the door.

Chasha and Leutha sat down at a table in the corner as Airol sat down on the other end. "We have been sent to locate a reported shipment of spice, and it seems that we have reached the destination of our suspect, this is Airol's Pub, I'd suspect?" Leutha Shea spoke in hushed tones, so as to not alert other patrons.

Weil Airol stared at her for a moment before responding, "Shall we discuss this in another room?" He stood up, and walked towards a small storage room near the back of the cantina, beckoning to them to follow.

"Master, I am feeling a disturbance in the force." Shea's response was a glance and a nod.

As they entered the storage room, they saw Weil Airol standing with a blaster rifle aimed at Leutha. "Who told you of this?" He motioned to his left. A large crate sat, supposedly filled with spice. "In here." He called, and town men, also armed with blasters came and bound their hands behind their backs.

After retrieving their lightsabers, seeming only slightly phased, Airol shoved them back into the area behind the building. there stood an assassin droid, dual blaster pistols drawn and aimed at each of their heads. "Dispose of these two," Airol hissed, before reentering the cantina, leaving his two men behind.

The assassin droid then waved his blaster, and the thugs pulled padawan and master apart. It then turned towards Leutha, regarding her as more dangerous than her padawan. He raised the blaster and took aim at Leutha.

Suddenly, Chasha broke free of the thug's grip and dove forwards, into the path of the blaster bolt. The droid fired, hitting Chasha in the stomach. Chasha slammed to the ground, and in a last effort, shoved the droid through the air. Before blacking out, she saw Leutha crouching over her, the thugs lying, dazed, several feet away.

She awoke in the room she and Leutha had rented, lighsaber clipped at her waist. Master Shea, collapsed in her makeshift bed on the floor, looked worn. Chasha felt an odd tingling sensation in her chest, the effects of force healing, as she was slowly recollecting the details of the previous events.
