Appearance
Nalia Jeth (A.K.A 'Mistress Jeth' or 'Lady Jeth') is a slim Arkanian woman of slightly under average height with shoulder-length white hair that is always worn up in a styled 'bun' unless in private when it is worn loose. Like all Arkanians she has pupiless white eyes, though she is rarely seen without her semi-transparent contact lenses she wears to put others of non-Arkanian breeding at ease. Always pristene and well presented, she is never seen in public without first being correctly presented: she wears exqusite, stylised makeup which compliment her eyes and complexion and is always found in elegant, sweeping gowns which are often the height of fashion and extravigance in High Port.

Apart from being fluent in both Galactic Basic and her native Arkanian tongue, Nalia is also well-spoken in a vast collection of other languages, something she took interest in from a very young age that now works as an advantage in her line of work as an Ambassor.

Born on Arkania in 3,868 BBY in the city of Adascopolis to Larindel Jeth of House Jeth and Chilani Jeth, of House Adasca, two prominent members of high society who could give her all the schooling and social niceties that money could buy.
Nalia is a direct descendant of the late Jedi Master Arca Jeth and is sometimes visited by his spirit whom she respects and listens to his advice despite disliking the way the Jedi do things and having nothing to do with them outside of professional courtesy.
Personality
Nalia is a calm and reserved woman who tends to keep her emotions in check and a cool head in the political arena. A strategic thinker and problem-solver, she can sometimes be overwhelmed by especially emotional people, not fully understanding why they 'cannot control' themselves. She is polite and respectful at all times, part of her training as an Ambassador. Despite sometimes seeming cold or aloof, she has a highly compassionate side to her nature and is quite soft-hearted.
Character Info:
Groomed from a young age to be a useful member of high society, Nalia was brought up with all the heirs and graces usually reserved for one of royal standing. It was discovered early on in her childhood that she was sensitive to the ways of The Force which came as no suprise to her father as she like him before her, was a direct blood-descendant of the Jedi Master, Arca Jeth.
As the little girl grew into a woman however, she came to dislike the restrictive teachings and ways of the Jedi and even used a very powerful mind-altering effect on the Jedi Knight who came to test her for Padawan training, sending him on his way without realising she had implanted false memories for him to believe she had failed the training when she never even took any tests. It was not fully realised until she was too old to begin training just how powerful she was at mind-altering effects.
She became something of a sooth-sayer and oracle while on Arkania, but trained professionally in the ways of politics, something which interested her greatly and tied in with her love of other alien cultures.
When she was of age, she aoolied to the foreign relations division of Adascopolis and eventually became a full-fledged Ambassador to Muunilinst and took up permanent residancy at the opulant High Port Space Station.
It was whilst here that she met two very interesting idividuals. The first was a human soldier who came to High Port for emergency medical treatment in 3,657 BBY called Captain Hollister. The man seemed facinating to her and despite a couple of ill-attempted romantic rendezvous, the two never quite became an item, despite Nalia's interest in persuing things further. The two became good friends however, and remain so to this day.
The second was a mammoth of a Feeorin who went by the name of Valik. Brought to her by Hollister, she used her mind-altering abilities on Valik, who suffered from a deeply ingrained synthetic pychosis which made him murderously violent. Whilst 'healing' him, she learned the awful truth that his rages stemmed from medical research conducted on him by his own people who subsequently turned on him and exiled him from their Homeworld. The rage was so badly ingraciated with Valik's nervous system that she was unable to fully remove it, though her 'calming' treatments tend to work for at least 5-6 month, when Valik comes back for a 'top up'.
