Neabel was the true name of the Human Dark Lord of the Sith,

Darth Deimos

Deimos was similar to Darth Sideous in that he preferred to work behind the scenes with very few people knowing of his true nature. Though he was active in the time of The Cold War following the Sacking Of Coruscant, he was not open about his Sith lineage like many of his dark brotherhood were.

Deimos was notoriously hard to track down, due to the fact he was constantly on the move aboard his personal battleship, Omen.

In his time as a Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Deimos had a total of three Apprentinces:

• Darth Skeanar (a.k.a. Forden Dalshis), Iktotchi.

• Darth Fel (a.k.a. Aleina Fel), Hapanesse Human.

• Harix Vol, Zabrak.
