Appearance
Triss has a very wiry athletic looking build, toned muscles carved over many years of strenuous training. As a Sith Apprentice, one could expect nothing less. She has long raven black hair, often times tied up in a small tail and tied off with a red cord, it's end hanging slightly.
Her common dress colors are the traditional black and red. With large, often times un-tied, black worker boots. “Much more comfortable then the fancy foot ware women use these days” she would often mutter. Triss is never one to overly care for her looks, very much a tom boy in so many ways. Although she is hardly ever seen without her 'paws' peaces of red fabric wrapped along her forearm and tied with a matching red cord as the one tied in her hair.
During the cold nights, travel, or public appearance, Triss would ware a long, silk 'Sangoire Cloak' over her common garb, further casting the image of her schooling.
Personality
Triss is a very rambunctious and wild character, She can be funny, sarcastic, and friendly to those close to her. She tends to be liked by many who meet her. However, as a result of her upbringing, she can seem to be cold and callus to those whom she deems unworthy of her affection.
Many sith find her to be a weakling, not knowing of her icy demeanor.
"Inability to kill, to smite yourrr foe is a weakness you need to addrrress if you wish to go verrry farr in this galaxy." - Counselor Lady Irata lectures Triss during a council meeting.
Some go so far as to accuse her of acting more like a Jedi then a Sith, going out of her way to help the people she cares about, even if they seem "unworthy" Or "weak" to others.
Her inner beast is a different story entirely. It is a nameless beast driven by primal rage and feral attitudes. It is focused on one thing -- survival. While technically not a separate personality, in this state, anything that anyone would recognize as 'Trisskar' is overshadowed by the unrelenting fury of her inner beast, leaving a dazed and confused Triss having to deal with the aftermath. In this state, she is utterly without mercy. Unable to distinguish friend from foe, her strength and speed are greatly enhanced. She becomes so powerful that even her Master has a hard time fighting back against her primal rage.
"She is an animal in the form of a human..."

History
A brief summery of young Trisskar's past history. Be sure to check back here often for updates as her adventures continue
The Three of Diamonds
Not much is known about Triss's past life before she became a Sith Apprentice. Mostly because Triss rarely, if ever talked about that part of her life. Sure there were some stories...but not all stories were meant to be told. In her case, if such stories were told to the wrong person, she could very well regret it.
Triss was an Orphan, no one knew her parents, in fact, no one even knew her real name, if she even had one. Trisskar was a name that she had picked out herself, after getting tired of being addressed as 'kid' all the time, unfortunately even picking out a name didn't save her from that annoyance, she was always much smaller then the others her age, so 'kid' or 'Mouse' were a common calling.
All that was known about those who raised her was that an elderly women cared for her until she was able to run about the streets, Triss had no memory of her though, besides the mysterious old women there were many others, street rats like herself, and those 'willing' to help the rats....for a price.
“.....All things have a price” Young Triss mutters to a new 'kid on the street'
And her price would start getting paid the day she received a small card 6.35 x 9 cm in dimension with three Diamonds painted on it's playing side. She was ecstatic! They had finally accepted her into the guild! Never did she know that when working with the Thieves guild, your life could quickly become far more interesting, if not extremely dangerous.
While performing a job for the guild, something went horribly wrong, forcing herself, Reiji (An old friend and Partner), and the others to split up and run. Authorities close on her tail. The chase was long and hard, leading her to take a potential refuge inside of a small cargo ship in hopes to throw her pursuers off track. What she didn't know was that the cargo ship she had stowed away on was due for take off that same hour. Locked in, she had no choice but to embark on a journey that would change her life around....forever.
Even still, after all these years, Triss hides a small, wrinkled and used card with a Three of Diamonds painted on it's face, tucked away in her back pant's pocket as a memorial of a past life she tries to leave behind.
Master & Apprentice
When the small cargo ship landed, the crew had found Triss asleep amongst the many crates well over due at that Sith Academy on Lehon. No one likes a stow-away, and often repaid such trash in a very harsh and brutal manner. Battered and broken Triss found herself on her knees, surrounded by several brutish men that had piloted the ship. But as fate had it, the force had other plans for her.
A rescuer came in the shape of a phantom, dark robes, a horrifying painted face, and the screams of pilots as their lives were snuffed away before her very eyes. Being a street rat, Triss never really had a care for politics and the happenings of the galaxy, she had far more pressing and important things to concern herself with, like – where to find her next meal? Where to sleep that night? What job was she assigned to complete? Due to this she only knew rumors, and the stories the 'Weavers' would spin to those interested in listening. The Empire? Republic? Jedi...sith....all of these things were mere myths and legends to her at the time. But when this dark phantom revealed himself as one of legend.... she couldn't help be become....curious.
Now under the tutalage of Lord Mainyu Triss learned the ways of the darkside, taking up her new life as a Sith Apprentice.
The Training
Triss spent most of her first few years under heavy training, given very little breaks and times to herself as she was drilled in the varying talents and skills of the Sith. This was the period where she learned what she enjoyed, and feared. Her love was to train, perhaps this was because it was all she was aloud to do for the longest time, but ever since the first day Mainyu dragged her up to the summit and put a large, metal sword in her small hands, she could never get enough, to the point where Mainyu would end up having to pull her away from it least she hurt herself. She became very efficient in the Shein Grip, modifying the style with other forms to make a system that matched her athletic build. The metallic Training sword shortening even as she 'bloomed' from a small bud to a beautiful flower.
One would think she would learn to fear her Master, following the same old routine of apprentice conquering Master. Triss however developed a deep love for him, seeing him like the Father she never knew. However, his lab left much to be desired. Her time spent there was a true eye opener to the 'dealings' of sith affairs. It was here where she had seen death, heard their screams, and watched torture from a very different perspective. She was often times asked to assist in her Masters projects when an extra pair of hands were needed. During such time Mainyu would attempt to teach his student in his trade. Something Triss never really could stomach. But despite her growing hatred for this cold and lifeless place, she secretly kept her ears clean, and open to her Masters teachings, understanding that, even the most hateful of things were worth committing to memory.
Triss was very sickly during these times while studying the basics of Sith Alchemy, her Master would administer a series of drugs and fluids into his Apprentices system, slowly introducing her to many varying forms of poisons in an attempt to make her immune to such attacks. His efforts has helped her more then once during her future Missions.
There would come a time when Triss's training shifted, after being kidnapped by a bounty hunter she called "Shadow" she was placed into the hands of a small Alien like figure named Gy'venn. Who lived on an un-charted planet somewhere in the Galaxy. According to Shadow, Master Gy'venn had hired him to hunt down and bring him a capable student and Triss, happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, inevitably falling pray of "Shadows" contract. For Three months, forced to survive on a dangerous and wild planet where she was forced to become more in touch with her inner beast, Triss became aware of a new talent that rested deep within her, a talent to see into the future. Triss was only just becoming aware of these Talents when Lord Mainyu had finally found her location and came to her rescue.
Now, after three years, Triss has finally found a chance to learn how to control of these visions before they begin to control her.
The Two Bah'lir's
The two Bah'lirs is a depiction of a young Sith Apprentice and a wayward Bladeborn that have found their paths intertwined on a number of occasion's. Is it the force or fate that continually place these two “cubs” into each others arms? What ever the case may be, their continued miss-adventures began on the wild and primitive planet, Felucia, where Trisskar Vandar and her small team were sent down with the fleets Captian to finish an assigned mission to extract and terminate a certain senator aboard a republic cruiser
Sadik of the Bladeborn was secretly aboard said cruiser in hopes to catch a friend half way in the journey in order to return home to his kin, his journey however was harshly veered off course when a the sith fleet orbiting Felucia engaged and shot the Cruiser down. Knocked un-conscious and thrown several feet from his mode of transportation, the young bladeborn was left defenseless against the terrors that is Felucia and it's dangerous wildlife, until several hours later when Triss quite literally tripped over his unconscious body.
After recognizing his saber clipped to his belt, and feeling the force within him, Triss had him carried to the small sith camp where she argued for his life to be spared with her commanding officer, not knowing that, in doing so, she had gained herself a black knight that would stay at her side until his debt was re-paid, or that things would eventually become far more complicated then a Life Debt.
Upon return to the fleet after a Mission well done, Triss had requested some free time so as to return her new Guardian to his people. While she got the time away from her duties, it wasn't without consequence's. Much like the scenario of a father meeting his daughters first boyfriend, things didn't go as smoothly as she would have liked.
Triss spends her next several long weeks aboard the Bladehome, where she would take up training under BladeMaster Idjit and Grand Master Trugoy. Both attempting to teach the young apprentice in the fields her Master was un-able to educate her in. Even then, this was not without it's challenges.
Triss and Sadik were falling in love, and while the golden eyed bladeborn stubbornly tried to convince himself otherwise, he became far more territorial, viscously so. In an attempt to pull himself away from this 'Infatuation' he found it only delayed the Inevitable.

Nyota's birth clan represented and worshiped the Goddess Bah'lir. An ancient and exotic animal that, to them, represented the female strength and the way of the hunt.
The Yaki clan of the Bah'lir were mostly devised of the female gender, the only males present were the sons of the mother huntress and the mate's that were brought in from other clans of powerful gods to give them decedents to carry on their Goddess's spirit. (The Yaki clan of the Bah'lir believed that the goddess inhabited the bodies of their descended leaders, which gave them the power to enter into a rage that would help them live on in a time of danger and great need.)
Nayota's Clan was lead by the Bah'lir Mother, a wise a powerful women who carried the 'spear of the great hunt.' Nayota was born of the Bah'lir Mother and carried within her the Goddess spirit. She aspired to become a great huntress to one day take up the spear when her Mother transformed to the stars and passed on her right to her daughter.
Sadly her Tribe was a dieing one, and their numbers dwindled along with many of the other tribes. Forcing them to leave their great home planet and travel as gypsies amongst the stars to survive.

It was only in mid trip did she and Roland learn of their second Child, a Daughter, and rightful decedent of their estates. Nyota practically came to life with the new's, and remained with her own people so as to perform the proper rituals and rites of birth.
he would be separated from her husband for a standard year
Upon return to Taris, loving and beautiful daughter in arms, their ship was intercepted and attacked by pirates, causing Nayota's ship to crash in the under cities of Taris. Unconscious and unable to hear the cries of her only daughter, scavengers came to loot the ship of any valuables that could fetch them food. A lonely old and withered women carrying the corpse of a long since perished daughter found Triss in her Mothers unconscious arms. The old women seeking a replacement for the girl she lost, careless tossed the girls rotting corpse off to the side, and took Nyota's child in replacement of her own deceased daughter. In some ways many would find it a blessing, for when the Rakghouls came to pick apart what was left of the crash site, they would find the child's corpse before they found Nyota, giving the rescue team time enough to come in and carry her away to safety. However, not before she woke to see the savage beasts carry the corpse of the child away with the only logical explanation that she had now lost her second child.
Brother
Siblings– Arik Vandar
Hair: Short Brown
Eyes: Brown
Race: Human
Faction: Republic
Profession: Jedi
Birthright: Noblemen's Son
Arik at times, can be seen as a troublemaker by his superiors. However, his reckless behavior is guided by a strong moral compass that is more concerned with doing the right thing. To do that however, he tends to bend the rules. He has been known to steal and lie in order to reach his goals. Even though most of his goals are noble. It is enough to make the council nervous.
He was original born into one of the noble families on Taris. But as the war progressed, more Jedi were needed. So the council asked many noble families to consider their children for Jedi training. By the time Arik's formal training began however, the war ended. He spent most of his life at the Jedi academy on Dantooine. A planet relatively safe from the empire.
While there, he gained a reputation for being a bit of a bookworm. Who delved into the history of the Order. Despite his fascination with the archives, he has a horrible sense of direction. And could not even locate Correlia on a map of the galaxy. A fault that lead him to meet his best and closest friend, Ahrissa. And even though formally attachment is discouraged among the Jedi. Their relationship is the worst kept secret on Dantooine.
Arik is a very humble and kind person, albeit somewhat cynical with a wise guy attitude. Arik has a sharp mind and an even sharper tongue. He likes to work out complex problems. He trusts his instincts, almost to a fault. A fact that makes the council keep a close eye on him. Yet, they recognize that if they give him a job to do he'll do it faithfully. But He'll end up doing it his own way.
