Urraik Paraphrased

In 28 BTC, Urraik Rorrakk was born into a tribe of Sand People known amongst the dunes as one of the most fearsome and elite tribes of hunters. Two years after Urraik was born, his father, Orragg Rorrakk, was named chieftain of the tribe--a position he held with admirable success for the next twenty years. As a child, Urraik was far from the smartest person in the tribe but he was arguably the best fighter and shooter. When he reached puberty he grew much taller than his fellow tribesmen, and he was already much stronger. For his "bloodrite", Urraik took the challenge to the next level by seeking out the Jedi that was said to live somewhere on the sands of Tatooine. After a week of investigating and tracking, he found his prey on a moisture farm on the outskirts of the Jundland Wastes. As required of all Ghorfa at the age of fifteen, Urraik undertook his task of torturing the Jedi to death, and he did his work diligently not with a sense of satisfaction, but bound by the duty of his tribe and the honor of his name. Two weeks later he returned to his tribe with the Jedi's lightsaber and the tale of his savagery and the end of the trespasser. In the coming five years Grr'ott'tekk became the lead hunter of his father's tribe. He gained renown among all of the tribes of Sand People for his recurring extermination of Tatooine's krayt dragon population, earning the nickname "Krayt". Meanwhile, Urraik's brother, A'Orragg Rorrakk, began his apprenticeship to become the tribe's new storyteller, he alone would bear the responsibility of knowing the tribe's history and, in that, securing the tribe's ultimate survival. In 3 BTC, Grr'ott'tekk had just finished slaughtering a krayt dragon when he noticed a pair of 'ootman' bounty hunters heading in the direction of his tribe's enclave. Naturally upon seeing them Urraik launched into a full scale attack. At the end of the heated skirmish, with the two bounty hunters sufficiently battered, Grr'ott'tekk became concussed and then subsequently paralyzed by the black hued Mandalorian's technology. The accompanying wookiee beast carried the desert hunter's limp body to their spaceship. Once in the ship Urraik was harnessed and transported to a settlement somewhere on Tatooine. In this settlement was a human anthropologist, Rattan Duetal, who had hired Aruetii and Ne'tra Kar'ta to bring back a living Sand Person specimen. Upon delivery, Rattan was disappointed to see that the black butchers had not acquired an authentic ghorfa Sand Person but he figured the information he could garner regarding the Sand People's history and culture would be more than worth the duo's fee. He didn't, however, expect their subsequent demand to receive reversionary interest in the Sand Person combatant. Rattan Duetal agreed that, after learning everything he could from Urraik, he would relinquish his quarry. Aruetii gave him a six month's time to complete his goal and, at the end of that time, the Mandalorian and his gargantuan companion would return for their brutish reward. Urraik, now able to speak barely comprehensible Galactic Basic from the help of Rattan Duetal and his sophisticated droid. As the three combatants were leaving, after Urraik had been released from his containment cell, Rattan offered an exorbitant reward for bringing back a living ghorfa Sand Person from the Rorrakk tribe. Upon hearing the offer, and understanding enough of the request to be blood-crazed, Urraik shook free of Ne'tra Kar'ta and threw Rattan against the wall, proceeding then to bludgeon the Human to death with his remaining appendages, save for his hands and arms which were still bound behind his back. Once the unsympathetic anthropologist was sufficiently pulp, Urraik agreed to go with Aruetii and the wookiee provided that they never harm nor allow anyone else to harm his tribe and its people. They let Urraik keep the Anthropologist's droid so that he can more easily communicate with the other creatures in the galaxy. Over the next couple years Urraik learned about the galaxy and the fundamentals of being a bounty hunter. Aruetii and Ne'tra helped him pay for top of the line weapons, armor and his own ship, Grk'kkrs'ar Flyer, knowing that the investment would pay itself back with interest. After Aruetii's death during the Sacking of Coruscant, Ne'tra informed Urraik that he was free to leave their arrangement and go back to Tatooine to return to his tribe. Urraik wished to do so but he wanted Ne'tra to join him. Ne'tra, with his generation-long partnership eviscerated, chose to go with Urraik Rorrakk, atleast temporarily. The two never could find the whereabouts of the tribe but, in one of the settlements on Tatooine, Urraik recognized his father's chieftain gaderaffi and his brother's ornate ceremonial story-telling robe. After a day's preparation the two blood-lustful bounty hunters examined the non-sand person corpses and recognized Sith infantry men, probably belonging to the new Sith settlement that had formed on Tatooine. Urraik took his father's gaffi stick and his brother's garbs and he swore revenge on that Sith encampment. Knowing that Ne'tra's help was not enough to assist him now, Urraik turned his Flyer towards the core worlds, to earn a name amongst the legitimate Galactic Republic as a trooper; hoping to soon be stationed on Tatooine so that his simmering taste for justice would be satiated with the extermination of the Sith. Urraik is earning his pseudonym, 'Krayt', for, on Tatooine, he's the dragon slayer, and everywhere else in the galaxy, he is the dragon.
