Appearance

Slender and well-toned, Xen is of slightly under-average height with sharp features and a light frame. Her dark hair is short and styled into a slightly boyish bob, and she wears little to no makeup the vast majority of the time. Despite this she is not an uncomely woman, and her appearance has turned the head of more than one would-be suitor. Unfortunately Xen spends most of her time with some form of aggression or venemous look across her face and her constant connection to the Dark Side for so many years has begun to physically effect her. Her hair (which was once platinum blond) has become so dark that it almost absorbs the light around it and her skin has begun to lose much of its colour, going pallid and eventually beginning to turn grey in the same manner as dead skin. The sparkling blue eyes she has as a child have drained of colour, now a washed out blueish-gray.

In the Summer of 3,655 BBY the last of the family line of House Raffini - Xen Raffini - relinquishes her bloodline, forever giving up all ties to her noble heritage (despite still being considered of noble blood by the retainers and allies of the family) and all wealth and estates connected to such rights. By way of her last official ruling she bequeathes the entire family line to the Sengo family, the traditional weaponsmiths to the Raffini for as long as records had existed on Panatha. Though the Sengo still produced weapons, they tended to work in mass-producing industrial weapons by 3,655 BBY and yet Xen left everthing to a very specific individual, a man called Varide Sengo, who was the son and equal in craftsmanship to the legendary Kuaiy Sengo, a master swordsmith and antiquitain. Although never confirmed or denied by Sengo himself, the rumours say that Xen traded all she had for a set of unique Sengo Sai and arm-guards made by the master himself, fashioned from the exceptionally rare and expensive material: Cortosis. It is said that Xen vanished then, and nobody has seen her since. Since the change in power, Sengo honoured the name of his former masters and has kept the original title of House Raffini, though he has not changed his name or heritage to reflect this. Keeping political and social alliances in place, he has also been welcomed into the Karaffgar Crime Syndicate in Xen's place and continues to oversee the progress of House Raffini. Despite his excellent management thus far, many people see the end of the line of Raffini as disasterous on Panatha and Sengo has a lot of superstition to work against. Even now, the event is known as "The Fall of House Raffini" to many loyalists.

Twin Sai, Cortosis

When not attacking bare-handed Xen fights with her signature twin Cortosis Sai, fashioned by the legendary Epicanthix swordsmith, Varide Sengo whom is now heir to House Raffini. The blades are specifically designed for her and are weighted to her style. They are easily able to be thrown with great accuracy but are designed for disarming Jedi and making their lightsabers temporarily useless.

Bracers, Cortosis

Also fashioned by Varide Sengo, these wrist-guards have been dyed a dark-onyx black and are thin and lightweight, easily concealed under clothing. Along with the pair of Sai it is rumoured Xen gave her entire family wealth and heritage to Sengo in exchange for these Cortosis armaments.
